Stock Availability

We keep limited stock of selected items. Coffee and umbrellas are often on hand. Apparel is usually prepared to order so that branding and finishing meet our standard of quality and fit.

Shipping Partners

Deliveries are managed by our trusted partner, Courier Guy, which also operates PUDO for locker-to-locker or locker-to-door deliveries. Both options offer reliable, trackable service across South Africa, ensuring your Bear With Me order arrives safely and on time.

Estimated Processing Times

• Coffee and Umbrellas: Typically prepared and ready to ship within 5 business days.
• Apparel: Sourced and embroidered with your selected Bear With Me logo placement, then quality checked. Allow up to 15 business days until delivery.

Shipping & Tracking

Once shipped, you receive tracking by email or SMS. Delivery times vary by location. Most parcels arrive within two to five business days after dispatch. Outlying areas may take slightly longer.

Delivery Costs

A standard delivery fee of RXXX applies to all orders across South Africa. Orders with a total value above RYYY qualify for free delivery. These rates help us ensure that every Bear With Me order is packed with care, tracked, and delivered safely to your door.

Once finalised, full delivery costs and any regional surcharges will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
